I actually really wanted the Yanks to sign him and pull a Shef with Abreu... but then he resigned. Ichiro at the top of the order, just wow.
I mean I will say though, he made his own bed, he took the money... I was all for the Yanks signing him to 4 year 60 mil, when I heard 5 for 90, I was shocked. He didnt even wait out till free agency |

Ichiro is much MUCH better in right then center... and all you want from youre leadoff hitter is singles and walks... He could steal at will... If we are
paying Damon 13 mil, to relax we might as well pay Ichiro 15. It's all moot.
