yea, I may have jumped the gun a bit. However, like mentioned in the blog post, the Yankee fans haven't exactly earned the benefit of the doubt when it
comes to their reaction to A-Rod.

Why didnt Shelley just serve his 3 game suspension to start the season, Melky should obv appeal, but Shelley wouldve been done already especially since we
arent facing any left handers, even in the next 4 games he should just get it out of the way.

Maybe they were waiting to see what Giambi would do at first??? You are right though. Should have gotten it out of the way. What's the point of appealing
unless they think they can reduce it by a game?

Shelley "started" the thing.. so he prob will stay... the question remains did Melky just give Longoria a hard push or actually throw a punch... I
doubt he did.. why would melky throw a punch at the back of longoria's head... doesnt seem like something he or any yankee would do.
